In the spring of 2021, it was time to optimize and streamline digital marketing efforts. With Resultify as a partner, the focus was on significantly increasing online sales nationwide, which meant finding cost-effective ways to reach a target audience that was broad both geographically and demographically.

Ragn-Sells wanted to reach consumers at every stage of the customer journey: from creating brand awareness and interest to driving engaged, converting visits to the online store. To achieve this ambitious goal, effective marketing with the right messages and the right channels was needed. Together with Resultify, they developed a channel strategy and media budget, and set up and optimized campaigns and target audiences across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Ads, Google and Bing Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Acast.

However, increasing traffic to the website was only part of the overall strategy. One of the most important pieces of the puzzle was website optimization, and to improve the conversion rate, a deeper e-commerce analysis was conducted. Bottlenecks were identified, and the team gained insights into the behavior of website visitors. Additionally, a new payment solution was implemented in the spring of 2021 to create a significantly better customer experience.

By the end of the year, the ambitious goals had been exceeded, and the following improvements were measured in Ragn-Sells' digital channels:

  • Increased online store sales by 132%
  • Increased sales from traffic via Google Ads by 233%
  • Increased website traffic by 34%
  • Increased website conversion rate by 58%
  • Increased number of purchases by 113%

Many factors contributed to the strong results, not least Ragn-Sells' strong willingness and openness to testing new digital tactics. Throughout the year, the following measures were taken:

  • A deep e-commerce analysis was conducted to identify bottlenecks and understand user behavior on the website.

  • Strategic marketing campaigns were executed across relevant digital channels with ongoing optimization and analysis.

  • Ongoing measurement and analysis were performed in the online store to increase the conversion rate.

  • A new user-friendly payment solution was implemented for a better customer experience.
