Learning to Sleep helps people achieve a better life through online sleep therapy. The company was founded to provide location-independent care for treating sleep difficulties.

Today, Learning to Sleep is Sweden’s only digital sleep clinic with psychologists specializing in sleep. They offer digital care with quick and flexible access to evaluation and treatment by licensed psychologists.

The Challenge

Learning to Sleep had a significant need for a new website with a user-friendly and flexible CMS. The existing website required constant support from the technical team. This made it difficult for the marketing team to update content independently, resulting in inefficiencies and delays in daily marketing, sales, and customer service operations.

They also needed features to create a more personalized customer experience both on the website and throughout the customer journey. Additionally, an integrated system with automation was essential to work more efficiently with both marketing and sales efforts.

The Solution

The ideal solution was HubSpot, which allows web, CRM, customer service, and marketing to be integrated into a single tool.

By analyzing the company’s needs, systems, and workflows, Resultify created a new website for Learning to Sleep using HubSpot CMS. The user-friendly system enabled the marketing team to work independently and efficiently with website content.

The next step was to implement HubSpot Marketing Hub – HubSpot's tool for marketing and automation – to unify the website and marketing efforts. Workflows were developed to automate marketing processes and create personalized customer journeys.

The entire project was managed with continuous communication between the teams at Resultify and Learning to Sleep. The CTOs from both companies frequently communicated directly, enabling the rapid development of optimal solutions throughout the project.

The Result

"So far, we see a significant difference in efficiency," says Mehrnosh Rabiei, Head of Marketing at Learning to Sleep. "The marketing team is not as dependent on developers anymore. We can easily create, test, and optimize landing pages, which in turn has contributed to lowering our advertising costs. We’re acquiring leads at a much lower cost."

Customer service has also improved thanks to automation. "It’s now easier for us to manage customer service. We save a lot of time, which leads to more efficient processing and follow-up."

Through collaboration with Resultify and using HubSpot’s platform, Learning to Sleep has simplified its marketing, sales, and service processes. Automated workflows have saved time and improved efficiency, while the new website has delivered results with features that support the company’s business goals.

In the first three months, Learning to Sleep has:

Key Success Factors

To deliver a successful overall solution and help the client reach their goals, Resultify took the following steps during the project:

  • Created a new website in HubSpot CMS
  • Implemented HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Implemented HubSpot Workflows for automated marketing
  • Built a custom module for an online Sleep Test on the new website
  • Assisted with migrating the blog from WordPress to HubSpot
  • Conducted HubSpot Onboarding and trained the company on using the tool
