We are proud to announce the latest addition to our team, Mehrnosh, who will play a pivotal role as our Account Manager here at Resultify. Mehrnosh will be a key figure in helping our clients navigate the digital jungle of solutions to achieve their goals.
Her main focus is on creating and maintaining strong ties with our customers, something she is well prepared for with her background as a former customer of Resultify. After experiencing the value that Resultify delivers to its customers, seeing the processes and how we approach the challenges we face, she chose to join the team. A chance to sit "on the other side of the table".
Mehrnosh thus has an advantage over the account managers who do not have their own experience of being a customer in these contexts. By understanding the customers' needs and goals, she can guide them through the products and services that best suit their business. She acts as a link between the customer and Resultify, ensuring that all questions and issues are resolved efficiently and she ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
