Ebru steps in as Team Lead after maternity leave
Welcome back as Team Lead Ebru! With solid experience and energy, she will strengthen our customer relationships and drive our HubSpot focus forward.
We are incredibly happy to welcome back our colleague Ebru after her maternity leave. With new energy and a broad perspective, she now steps into the role of Team Lead, a position that perfectly matches her expertise and experience in marketing and sales.
Role Sum Team Lead
As Team Lead, Ebru will have a central responsibility in leading and supporting our customer managers. She will coach the team, ensure client relationships are managed in the best possible way – and help identify new business opportunities. With her experience and ability to see the big picture, she is perfectly positioned to ensure that both our customers and employees receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
An important part of Ebru's new role is to maintain strong client relationships and ensure that as an agency we continue to deliver results that exceed expectations. She will work closely with our account managers, supporting them in their daily work and taking responsibility for their adherence to our strategies and quality standards. Additionally, she will act as a bridge between Account Management and our other teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project deliveries.
Ebru will also play a critical role in accelerating our HubSpot-focused approach, which will further strengthen our position as a HubSpot-centric agency. Her platform expertise will be invaluable in optimizing our processes and creating added value for our customers.

An impressive background
Looking back on Ebru's journey towards the role of Team Lead, her track record is impressive to say the least. With a solid background in marketing and sales, she has previously worked as, among other things, a social media consultant, growth specialist and digital marketer. Most recently, she was a HubSpot specialist, where she played a crucial role in implementing & establishing HubSpot as a new business area for Resultify and driving that work forward. Today, as a HubSpot-focused agency, it feels like a natural step for Ebru to now take the lead and further develop that work.
