Resultify ranked as a HubSpot Top 20 Global Partner of the Year 2024
Resultify has made it onto HubSpot's list of the top 20 global partners of the year 2024. Among over 7000 HubSpot partners worldwide, they are the only agency from the Nordic region to receive a place. For founder Robert Bråkenhielm, this is proof of hard work, really good deliveries and a vision that has really paid off.

To qualify as a global partner at the HubSpot Solutions Partner Impact Awards, not only high sales figures are required, but also that the partner has succeeded in delivering quality and achieving high customer retention.
The agency needs to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of USD 20 000 in Managed MRR. Minimum 110% revenue retention.
- Minimum 85% customer retention.
"For us at Resultify, a place in the top 20 is an achievement that marks that we have delivered both the highest quality and continuous results to our customers," Robert begins.

- It feels almost unreal to be on the list. I don't know if it's really sunk in yet, but I thought we might be on this list in three years, and it's already happened now," says Robert.
The team at Resultify is happy, proud and excited about the top 20 spot. Qualifying for the list requires more than just sales - customers also need to stick around and understand the value of the products. The agency's clients have not only retained their contracts, they have also upgraded, allowing them to reach 118% revenue retention.
- The agencies that are first and second on the list are well known in the global market. We are a small agency in Malmö with about thirty employees, and to be on the same list as them feels completely crazy, says Robert.
About four years ago, Resultify decided to become a HubSpot partner. Robert describes it as a decision that changed everything."Just two years ago, I decided that we weren't going to do anything other than HubSpot. This has not been a very long journey, so the fact that we are now among the top 20 global partners is really proof that we are doing the right things, he continues.
When Robert started Resultify with Fredrik 13 years ago, he had a vision to deliver concrete results. Previously, he had run a web agency that built over 5000 websites, something he eventually got tired of.
- I thought there must be something more than just building websites, and that's when we found HubSpot.

- When I saw what HubSpot could do for our customers, it was obvious to go all in. This is the tool that allows us to deliver Resultify's original business idea, says Robert.
At Resultify, it's all about creating results. Their goal is to "resultatify" customers. To do that, it's about understanding customers' business goals and guiding them through the entire customer journey - using digital marketing and clearly measurable goals.
- HubSpot is a unique tool because it allows us to manage the entire customer journey from one system. Before, we had to use several different systems - we built websites in WordPress and used several other platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and Mailchimp to achieve our vision," Robert continues.Now, everything they need is in HubSpot: the perfect tool to drive Resultify's vision forward. For the agency, it's all about looking broadly, identifying where they can create the most results and fixing problems quickly.
"Now we can see all parts of the customer journey, which is great. If there's a problem getting leads in, if we're having trouble converting them, or if the website needs improvement, we can identify and fix that right in HubSpot," Robert explains.
A holistic solution that brings together the entire customer journey
Resultify has helped several customers switch from established systems like Salesforce to HubSpot, and the reaction has been very positive. Customers have seen HubSpot as a more complete end-to-end solution across the entire customer journey.
"Our customers have switched from platforms like Salesforce and other large CRM tools. They are really happy with HubSpot, both because it is a simpler solution but above all because it is more complete and can handle the entire customer journey. Other systems often require several extra tools to get the same functionality, and it is both more expensive and more complex. HubSpot offers a platform that is basically plug-and-play, he says.
Looking ahead, Robert sees a lot of exciting things coming with HubSpot, especially when it comes to AI.
- AI is embedded in HubSpot in a very interesting way. I'm particularly looking forward to the agent platform that was launched during Inbound 2024. It allows us to create small AI agents to perform different tasks in HubSpot, and I think that will be really exciting.
Redo for the next chapter
Right now, things are going "like clockwork" for Resultify, and Robert is eager to continue developing both the offering and the relationships with his customers.
- It is incredibly fun to see that our offer both around HubSpot onboarding and retainers where we handle corporate marketing really goes as well as it does. A few years ago, we worked mostly with small businesses, but now we have shifted towards focusing more on the midmarket. We look forward to seeing what 2025 has to offer us, Robert concludes.
